Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Lumora is a browser extension that adds an ambient glow around videos. This policy explains what it does and does not do with your data. The short version: video frames never leave your device, we do not collect your browsing activity, and the free version needs no account.

What the extension processes on your device

What we do not collect

Lumora does not collect, store, or sell your browsing history, the videos you watch, page contents, or analytics. It does not use cookies, trackers, or advertising.

Your Lumora account (only if you use Pro)

The free version needs no account. To start the Pro trial or buy Pro, you sign in with Google. We then store, on our server (hosted by Cloudflare):

We use this only to provide Pro and to answer support requests. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or send marketing email.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own checkout page, under Stripe's privacy policy. Lumora never sees or stores your card number.

Deleting your data

You can sign out from the Lumora popup at any time. To delete your account and the data above, email us from the address you signed in with and we will remove it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep for payments.

Permissions

Children

Lumora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
