Questions

Why does Netflix stay dark?

Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and other DRM services block extensions from reading video frames. No ambient light extension can see their picture, so Lumora leaves those players alone.

Will it slow down my computer?

The glow is drawn from a 64 pixel thumbnail of each frame, so it is light. On older laptops, set the frame rate to 24 in the Glow tab.

What data does Lumora collect?

Video frames are processed on your device and never sent anywhere. Lumora has no analytics or tracking. If you use Pro, we keep your Google email and name so your purchase follows you, and Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card.

How do I cancel?

Open the Lumora popup, then Manage. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
